Court-Ordered Payments to an Inmate: How to Mail Restitution and Other Court-Ordered Funds

Send court-ordered payments to: FL Court Ordered Payment, PO Box 25009, Bradenton, FL 34206-5009.

You'll need to send court-ordered payments by money order, cashier's check, or certified bank draft. Double-check the amount before purchasing - sending more than the allowed limit for that payment type can delay processing.

  • Money order: maximum $999.99
  • Cashier’s check or certified bank draft: maximum $10,000

Don't send cash. Business checks, employer-issued checks, and online bill pay checks aren't accepted either. Stick with a money order, cashier's check, or certified bank draft.

Warning: Don’t include letters or notes in the same envelope as your court-ordered payment. They’ll be discarded.

Payments don't process on weekends or holidays. If timing matters, mail yours early enough to account for those non-processing days.
