If you want to order commissary items as a care package, Forsyth County requires friends and family to place those orders through the Jail ATM website only. Outside commissary packages aren’t approved or accepted, even if they’re sealed or shipped from a store.

There's a weekly cap: inmates can only receive one care package per week from friends or family. Planning to send items regularly? Space your orders out to avoid hitting that limit.
