How to Visit Facility
Two things to know before you visit: you need to be approved ahead of time, and all visits (in-person and video) are scheduled through the Ameelio App.
First, make sure you're approved to visit. Once you have approval, you'll schedule your visit through the Ameelio App. This goes for both in-person and video visits.
Note: All visitors are subject to search upon entry. This can include pat-downs, metal detectors, electronic ion scanners, other electronic devices, or visual searches. If you refuse a search, you will be denied entry to the visiting room.
Steps to Follow

- ✓ Use the Ameelio App to schedule your in-person visit
- ✓ Use the same Ameelio App to schedule video visits
- ✓ Plan for entry screening and comply with all search requirements, refusal means you will not be allowed into the visiting room
Even though scheduling goes through the Ameelio App, it's worth double-checking the details before you head out. Confirm the app is still the required method for booking both in-person and video visits. Also ask whether there are extra steps after you book. For example, you may need to show a confirmation screen when you arrive, or staff may contact you if something changes.
