How to Apply for Visiting at Four Mile Correctional Center: From Form to Approval

To visit someone at Four Mile Correctional Center (FMCC), you'll need to complete the Visitor Application (AR 300-01A). Download it from the facility's Visiting Applications page, then email the completed form to DOC_ecc-visiting@state.co.us. Video visits at FMCC require the same visitor application as in-person visits. Get approved first, then set up your account through Securus Video Connect to schedule video sessions.

Even with approval, visits aren't unlimited. The facility can restrict the number of visitors and visit length based on schedule, space, and staffing. Submit your AR 300-01A as early as possible so you're ready when time slots open up.
