- Senders must provide a complete, legible return address including the sender's first and last name or the mail will not be scanned.
Sending Money
- Money found on an inmate at intake is deposited into an institutional/commissary account.
- The facility does not accept mailed money orders or cashier's checks; deposits must be made via kiosks in the visitation lobby or online at SmartDeposit.
- Onsite commissary kiosks accept cash or credit card only and will not accept bills smaller than $5.

- At intake all personal property is inventoried, secured, and maintained by Corrections Staff until release.
- Personal clothing will not be accepted during visitation or through the mail except for court clothing.
- Any personal clothing remaining after release will be stored for up to 30 days and then disposed of according to Maryland law.
