Setting Up Video Visits with Securus for Fremont Families

Fremont Corrections Facility uses Securus Technologies for video visits - that's where you'll set up your account and schedule sessions. But there's a gatekeeper step before any of it works: the facility has to approve you as a visitor first.

You need to be on the incarcerated person's approved visiting list before you can do anything with Securus. Once approved, setting up your account and scheduling visits is straightforward. Without approval, you'll hit a wall.

1. Get the visiting application - you’ll need to complete a visiting application to request approval for video visitation.
2. Make a copy of your government-issued photo ID - include the copy with your application.
3. Submit everything through the facility visiting office - your application and ID copy must go to the visiting office for review and approval.

Once you're approved on the visiting list, head to Securus Technologies to set up your video visiting account. From there, you can schedule video visits online.

Need a refund? That's handled by Securus, not the facility. Contact the provider directly for any refund questions.
