  1. Arrive early for an on-site video visit: Get to the facility at least 15 minutes prior to check-in.
  2. Log in early for an at-home video visit: Sign in to the visitation scheduling site 15 minutes before your scheduled visit so you can test your connection.

For on-site video visits, do not assume you can check in without ID. A valid photo ID is required, and you will need to show it at check-in.

Visitation runs between 6:15pm and 7:45pm, depending on the resident's unit assignment. Plan for a short visit. Residents get thirty (30) minutes total.

Only two visitors can be in the visitation area at once. Keep that in mind when deciding who's coming.

Bringing children? Set expectations before you arrive. Visits happen in the evening (6:15pm to 7:45pm, depending on the unit), and the resident only has 30 minutes total. Keep it simple and focus on what you want to say. That helps everyone get the most out of the time.
