Once you click through from the jail's link, double-check you're on the right vendor page. Look for "JailATM™ ©2026 Tech Friends, Inc." on the site. That branding confirms you haven't landed on a lookalike page or an outdated bookmark.

  1. Start on the Garfield County Jail website - go to the “Phones and Commissary” area and use the posted link for deposits (phones/video/text) or the link to order commissary or make a deposit.
  2. Confirm the vendor page - on the deposit site, look for “JailATM™ ©2026 Tech Friends, Inc.” so you know you’re on the correct platform.
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your deposit - once you’re on the vendor’s deposit page, enter the requested details and finish checkout as directed on that site.

When a transaction gets reported as unauthorized and results in a chargeback, the consequences go beyond just that payment. Access Corrections will restrict the inmate's account from receiving any new deposits until they're reimbursed or the issue is resolved. That means no money can go through until the situation is cleared up.

Note: Reimbursement includes a $25 account reactivation fee. If you send money to a restricted account, that payment goes toward covering the unauthorized funds and the $25 fee first.

Need to repay a chargeback? You'll have to use a money order - online and phone payments won't work for this.

  1. Get a money order - chargeback repayments must be made by money order only.
  2. Write the required identifiers on the money order - include the inmate name, ODOC#, and facility name.
  3. Mail it to the chargeback repayment address - MAIL TO: ACCESS CORRECTIONS ATTN: CB Repayments P.O. BOX 28998 ST. LOUIS, MO 63132

Need help with a chargeback or repayment? Call 636-888-7004 with questions. Note: they can't accept payments over the phone.

Quick Checklist

  • Use the Garfield County Jail website “Phones and Commissary” deposit links as your starting point.
  • Save your confirmation/receipt (date, amount, and who the deposit was for).
  • If a deposit is later reported as unauthorized and becomes a chargeback, expect the inmate account to be restricted from receiving future transactions until it’s reimbursed or otherwise resolved.

Got questions about chargebacks or repayments? Call 636-888-7004. Keep in mind this line is for questions only - they can't take payments by phone, so you'll still need to send a money order if you owe anything.
