- Start on the Garfield County Jail website - go to the “Phones and Commissary” area and use the posted link for deposits (phones/video/text) or the link to order commissary or make a deposit.

When a transaction gets reported as unauthorized and results in a chargeback, the consequences go beyond just that payment. Access Corrections will restrict the inmate's account from receiving any new deposits until they're reimbursed or the issue is resolved. That means no money can go through until the situation is cleared up.
Note: Reimbursement includes a $25 account reactivation fee. If you send money to a restricted account, that payment goes toward covering the unauthorized funds and the $25 fee first.

- Get a money order - chargeback repayments must be made by money order only.
- Write the required identifiers on the money order - include the inmate name, ODOC#, and facility name.
