You'll also need to be on the person's approved visiting list. Even if you've visited before, confirm your visiting privileges are still active before making plans - eligibility issues can stop a visit cold.

In‑person visits are capped at 30 minutes (until further notice). Staff use that time to disinfect between visits, so scheduling is tight. Don't count on extra time if you arrive late.

Only two visitors are allowed per visit - and children count toward that cap. If you're bringing a child, plan accordingly when deciding who comes along.

No visits on state holidays. That includes New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Lincoln's Birthday, Washington's Birthday, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
