How to Send Money to Facility

Before using any payment option, confirm you're on the recipient's approved visitor list. Without approval, you won't be able to send funds through any method.

JPay charges a per-transaction fee. Listed tiers include $3.50 for $0.01 to $20.00, $5.00 for $20.01 to $100.00, and $6.50 for $100.01 to $300.00. If you run into issues, a live agent is available 24/7 to help.

Steps

• ✓ Confirm you are on the recipient’s approved visitor list before trying to send money.
• ✓ For online deposits, use JPay: enter the offender’s Inmate ID and pay with a credit or debit card.
• ✓ If mailing a payment, create the free money order voucher, print it, and mail it in. Allow up to two weeks for mail and processing.
