Visitation

How to Visit Facility

Visiting usually starts with getting your account information and paperwork right. Two details cause a lot of preventable delays: the exact name on your account, and calling the right number when you have deposit-form questions.

How to Visit Facility

Setting up a ConnectNetwork account for visitation or security purposes? Make sure the first and last name on your account exactly matches your government-issued photo ID. Staff may cross-reference your account information against official visitation records, so even small differences (a nickname, a missing space in your last name) can create problems at check-in.

If something goes wrong with a CorrectPay deposit form, know that the form separates "deposit form" issues from "money transmission service" issues. For questions or complaints about the deposit form itself, call (855) 836-3364. For questions or complaints about the money transmission service (NIC/Tyler), the form lists a different number: (888) 853-0663.

Steps to Follow

  • Confirm your ConnectNetwork profile uses the exact first and last name shown on the government-issued photo ID you will use for visitation/security purposes.
  • If you have a CorrectPay deposit form question, call the deposit-form number printed on the form: (855) 836-3364.
  • If your question is about the NIC/Tyler money transmission service, use the separate number listed for that service: (888) 853-0663.

Before you show up, confirm whether there are any extra name rules beyond "exact first and last name match." Ask how they handle middle names, initials, suffixes (Jr., Sr., III), hyphenated names, and spacing. Getting your account and ID to line up exactly the way staff expect saves you a headache at check-in.

Phone numbers and forms can change. If the CorrectPay deposit form you have doesn't list these numbers, or if a staff member gives you a different contact, ask for the current deposit-form support number and the number to use for NIC/Tyler money transmission questions.
