How to Get Approved to Visit Someone at Great Plains: Step-by-step guide to the Visitor Request Form (DOC 030118B)

You can't visit anyone at Great Plains without being on their approved visitor list. Getting approved means completing the Visitor Request Form (DOC 030118B) and waiting for it to be processed. Until that happens, don't expect to get through the door.

There's one exception for new arrivals. If your loved one just came from LARC or MBARC and doesn't have an approved visitor list yet, Oklahoma DOC allows immediate family one visit within 30 days - before the paperwork goes through.
