How to Send Money to Facility

You'll deposit funds using the IC Team3 kiosk in the lobby of each detention center. Don't hand money to staff. The kiosk handles everything.

The IC Team3 lobby kiosks accept cash, debit cards, VISA, or MasterCard. Planning to use cash? Keep the limit in mind: $300 maximum per rolling seven-day period.

Card restriction: If you use a VISA or MasterCard at the kiosk, it must be linked to an open bank account. Prepaid cards are not accepted.

How to Send Money to Facility

Steps-to-follow

  • Go to the detention center lobby and use the IC Team3 kiosk to make the deposit.
  • Bring an accepted payment type: cash, debit card, VISA, or MasterCard.
  • If paying with VISA or MasterCard, make sure it is linked to an open bank account (not a prepaid card).
  • If paying with cash, stay within the $300 limit per rolling seven-day period.

Before heading over, confirm a few details with the facility: the exact lobby location for the IC Team3 kiosk, any timing restrictions, and whether the $300 cash limit is tracked per person or per transaction. Double-check the card rules too (VISA or MasterCard must be linked to an open bank account, no prepaid cards), and ask if any policies have changed recently.
