Setting Up an AdvancePay Account for Calls from Halifax Correctional Unit

Want to fund an inmate's PIN Debit Account instead? That's a separate option from AdvancePay. You'll need the inmate's 7-digit state ID number to complete that deposit.

Given that history, treat your ConnectNetwork login like a sensitive account. Use a unique password, monitor your payment method and account activity, and contact the vendor immediately if anything looks suspicious.
If AdvancePay isn't the right fit, you can add funds to an inmate's PIN Debit Account instead. You'll still create a ConnectNetwork account - just select "VA" as the state and "Department of Corrections" during setup. Have the inmate's 7-digit state ID number ready to complete the deposit.
