How to Order a Food Package for Someone at Hall County Correctional (Union Supply steps and limits)

If your loved one is at Hall County Correctional under the Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC), you can order food packages through Union Supply. You can't send your own box - everything goes through this approved vendor, and only approved family and friends can place orders.

Union Supply handles food-package orders for people assigned to GDC State Prisons, Integrated Treatment Facilities (ITFs), and Probation Detention Centers. Hall County falls under this system, so Union Supply is the right starting point.

Union Supply is the only vendor GDC authorizes for food-package deliveries to State Prisons, ITFs, and Probation Detention Centers. If you want to send a food package through the official program, this is the channel to use.

How to Order a Food Package for Someone at Hall County Correctional (Union Supply steps and limits)

Start by downloading the official order form from the Georgia Inmate Package website. The form lists every pre-approved item your loved one can receive, which keeps you within program guidelines.

  1. Mail your completed order to Union Supply - Union Supply, 2500 Regent Blvd Dept. 421, P.O. Box 619059, Dallas, TX 75261-9059.
  • Call 1-562-361-5719 to place an order by phone
  • Or use the toll-free number: 1-855-247-0563

If fax is easiest for you, Union Supply accepts fax orders at 1-310-603-1188.

For State Prisons and ITFs, the limit is $100 per offender or 15 lbs. per package - whichever you hit first. Keep both numbers in mind when building your order, because going over either one can cause problems.

Probation Detention Centers have tighter limits: $50 per offender or 7 lbs. per package, whichever comes first. Double-check your loved one's assignment type before finalizing your order.

Heads up: If multiple orders are placed for the same inmate, they’ll be consolidated into one package, and the combined package still can’t exceed the GDC spending or weight limits.

Union Supply charges a $2.95 shipping and handling fee. It's non-refundable, so make sure your order is right before you submit.

Deadline rule: Orders received after the program deadline will not be accepted.
