Scheduling Your Visit at Hall County Correctional: Weekend and Holiday Request Cutoffs

All visit requests go through the Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) scheduled-visit form. This is the only way to get on the schedule. Don't wait until the last minute - weekend and holiday slots fill up fast.
Weekend cutoff: Submit your request by 5:00 PM on Wednesday to visit that Saturday or Sunday. Miss the deadline, and you'll have to wait until the following week.
State holiday cutoff: Requests must be in by 5:00 PM at least three days before the holiday. Planning a holiday visit? Submit early - these slots go quickly.
- Open the “Add Visitor” option - This is used when you already have a scheduled visit and want to include additional visitors on that same appointment.
- Find your scheduled visitation - Use the tool to locate the visit you already booked.
- Add the additional visitors - Attach the extra visitors to your scheduled visit through the “Add Visitor” process.
- Open the cancellation option (“Cancel my visit”) - This is the tool for cancelling an appointment that’s already been scheduled.
- Find your scheduled visitation appointment - Locate the specific visit you need to cancel.
- Cancel the scheduled visit - Complete the cancellation through the same tool once you’ve selected the correct appointment.
One thing to watch: you must be 18 or older to select Driver's License or State ID as your ID type on the form. Make sure you're choosing an ID option you're actually eligible for - picking the wrong one can delay your request.
