How to Send Money to Facility

To send funds, you'll need a U.S. postal money order made payable to JPay. Write the incarcerated person's name and ID number on the "memo" or "used for" line. Then mail the money order along with the deposit slip to: JPay, PO Box 260010, Hollywood, FL 33026. Fill out every field on the deposit slip clearly (type or print in blue or black ink) to avoid delays. Don't include letters or notes in the envelope. They'll be discarded.

AdvancePay is separate from commissary or trust funds. It's a prepaid calling account through ConnectNetwork. When you add money to your AdvancePay phone number, your incarcerated family member or friend can place calls to you using that balance.

Note: Details on fees, processing times, deposit limits, and other accepted payment methods aren't covered here. Verify those directly before sending money.

Steps to Follow

  • Use a U.S. postal money order.
  • Make the money order payable to JPay.
  • Write the incarcerated person’s name and ID number on the “memo” or “used for” line.
  • Complete the money order deposit slip (type or print in blue or black ink) and make sure everything is legible.
  • Put the money order and the deposit slip in the same envelope.
  • Mail to: JPay, PO Box 260010, Hollywood, FL 33026.
  • Do not include letters or notes with your payment (they will be discarded).
  • If you want to prepay phone calls, fund an AdvancePay prepaid calling account through ConnectNetwork so your incarcerated person can call you using that balance.
How to Send Money to Facility
  1. Confirm the money order mailing details: Check that the JPay PO Box address is still current, that a deposit slip is required, and what money order types are accepted.
  2. Ask about timing, limits, and costs: Verify processing time after mailing, any deposit limits, and any fees tied to deposits or rejected money orders.
  1. Confirm AdvancePay is supported for phone calls: Make sure the facility uses ConnectNetwork AdvancePay for prepaid calling to your phone number.
  2. Verify funding and availability details: Ask how to add funds, what fees apply, and how quickly the balance becomes available for calls.

Tip: Check the facility's official website or handbook, and reach out to JPay or ConnectNetwork customer support for the most current instructions. Don't rely solely on third-party summaries.
