How to Schedule Your First Visit at Harford County Detention Center

Harford County Detention Center (HCDC) requires registration before you can visit. You'll create a visitor account through GTL VisitMe, then use that account to schedule and manage visits. One quirk: HCDC recommends using Google Chrome. If the site acts up in another browser, switch to Chrome and try again.
