How to Send a Food Package to Someone at Harris County CI (Union Supply)
If your loved one is eligible under Georgia Department of Corrections rules, you can send a food package through Union Supply—by mail, phone, fax, or online.
The Georgia Department of Corrections allows Union Supply to deliver food packages to people housed at State Prisons, Integrated Treatment Facilities (ITFs), and Probation Detention Centers. If you're an approved family member or friend, you can place an order through Union Supply for an eligible inmate.

For online orders, start by downloading the current order forms from the Georgia Inmate Package website. These forms list every item pre-approved by the Georgia Department of Corrections - so you'll know exactly what you can send.
Every order includes a $2.95 shipping and handling fee, which is non-refundable.
For State Prisons and ITFs, packages are capped at $100 or 15 lbs. - whichever you hit first. If your cart is under $100 but the package weighs 15 lbs., you've reached the limit.
Probation Detention Centers have tighter limits: $50 or 7 lbs. per package, whichever comes first. Not sure which facility type applies? Double-check before building a large order.
When multiple orders are placed for the same person, Union Supply combines them into a single package. The combined package still can't exceed spending or weight limits, so coordinate with other family members if several people plan to order.
Deadline alert: Orders placed after the cutoff may not be accepted. Check the current order form for exact dates before you submit.
One exception: Riverbend Private Prison in Georgia uses the Access Securepak program instead of Union Supply until further notice.
