How to Visit Facility

You have two main options: in-person visits on weekends (by building) and video visits on weekdays. Video visits are available for all housing units on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. In-person visits run on a building-specific schedule. Saturdays are for A-Building and B-Building. Sundays are for C-Building and D-Building. The exact start and end times aren't listed, so call ahead to confirm the time window before you travel. Good news: as of June 1, 2023, visitors no longer need to be on an inmate's approved visiting list for in-person visits. Other requirements still apply, so confirm what you'll need (ID, any approval steps) before you show up.

Urgent: All visitation (in-person and video) for the HU4-100 pod in Cluster S-2 is canceled until February 9.

  • Plan in-person visits by day and building: Saturdays are for A-Building and B-Building, Sundays are for C-Building and D-Building.
  • Use the video-visit schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • If you have been told you must be on an approved visiting list, re-check the current rule. As of June 1, 2023, visitors are no longer required to be on an inmate’s approved visiting list to be approved for in-person visitation (other requirements still apply).
  • Do not attempt to schedule or travel for visits to HU4-100 pod in Cluster S-2 until after February 9. All in-person and video visitation for that pod is canceled until then.

Call the facility or check the official visitation updates page before your visit. If you're visiting close to or after February 9, confirm whether the HU4-100 (Cluster S-2) cancellation is still in effect. These restrictions sometimes get extended. For in-person visits, confirm the check-in hours for your day and building (A/B on Saturday, C/D on Sunday). Ask about any temporary changes or exceptions. For video visits, verify the days and time blocks (Mon/Wed/Fri, 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.) and ask how scheduling works. You'll need to confirm the current process and any requirements tied to the June 1, 2023 policy update.
