Start by creating an account on SmartInmate. From the homepage, click

  • A picture of your driver’s license
  • A picture of your bar card

After you’ve registered, submit a connection request from your Smart Communications Dashboard. You’ll do that by selecting the facility where your client is currently housed, then selecting your client’s name.
