Your Free Phone Call Options at Falkenburg Road Jail

If your loved one just arrived at Falkenburg Road Jail, here's good news: phone calls from Central Booking are free. This gives them a chance to reach you right away, before any accounts are set up.

Once someone moves to general population, phone access runs on a set schedule. Phones are typically available from 7:30 am to 10:30 pm daily.

Haven't added money yet? Each inmate gets some free phone time each week, so you may still hear from them.

One thing to know: all calls are outgoing only. You can't call in and ask to speak with someone - your loved one has to dial you.

1. Use TouchPay to add funds - You may deposit funds in an inmate’s account by using TOUCHPAY.
2. Have the facility locator ready - You must provide Facility Locator No. 233619.
3. Enter the booking number without dashes - Use the inmate booking number, entered without dashes.
4. Provide the inmate’s name - You’ll also need the inmate name to fund the account.

Heads up: there's a convenience fee when you add money through TouchPay.

When you check your bank or card statement, the charge might not say "TouchPay." Look for Touchpay Direct or Correctional Payment Services instead.
