Onsite visits run Wednesday through Sunday, with two daily windows: 8:00am–11:00am and 1:00pm–4:00pm. Planning around work or a long drive? Build your day around those times - there's no onsite visitation outside them.
Bring ID: You’ll need valid, government-issued photo identification for an onsite visit.
Visits go fast. Each onsite visit lasts twenty minutes, so arrive ready - know what you want to talk about. Don't count on extra time if check-in runs long.
Inmates can have two onsite visits per week. If you're coordinating with other family members, decide ahead of time who's going when - you don't want to burn through both visits early in the week.
Visitation is available on these federal holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr.'s birthday, Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Holiday visits still count: A visit on a holiday counts toward the inmate’s two onsite visits for the week.
All visits - onsite or remote - are scheduled through the Securus Video Visitation system. Set up your visit there before making plans to come in.
Plan ahead: Appointments for video or onsite visits must be made 24 hours in advance - no exceptions. Book through Securus.

Need to handle something in person at the lobby? It's open daily from 8:00am–12:00pm and 1:00pm–4:00pm. The lobby closes for lunch every day from 12:00pm–1:00pm.
Save yourself a wasted trip: Don’t show up during the 12:00pm–1:00pm lunch closure, and don’t expect to book a same-day visit - appointments must be made at least 24 hours ahead.
