How phone calls, email, and text messaging work at Henry County Jail (ICSolutions/JailATM)
At Henry County Jail, each person is issued a personal passcode (PIN) during intake that they’ll use to access the phone system. That PIN is meant to stay private - your loved one is responsible for keeping it secure.
When your loved one places a call, they’ll enter their PIN along with the facility’s site ID number. After that, you’ll hear a notification explaining the nature of the call and you’ll be prompted with options to accept, depending on which call type is being used.
Phone calls from Henry County Jail work a few different ways. Free Calls cost nothing. Debit Calls pull from your loved one's commissary balance. Prepaid Calls draw from an account you set up in advance through ICSolutions. Collect Calls bill you directly on your next phone statement.
