Send Money at HighTower Unit

How to deposit funds, commissary, and payment options

Overview

Before sending funds, confirm you're on the inmate's Approved Visitor List or Inmate Telephone List—otherwise your deposit gets rejected. The Inmate Trust Fund accepts money orders, ACH and ACE transfers, eCommDirect purchases, and approved vendor systems (check the facility page for current instructions). eCommDirect has extra rules: one purchase per inmate per day, and newly received inmates can't get eCommDirect purchases until the next calendar quarter. Items sold through eCommDirect are marked with an "E" on commissary price lists. Don't send cash or personal checks. Vendor and kiosk services may charge fees. The Trust Fund office can confirm receipt but won't share account balances with third parties.
