How to Visit Facility

Hill-Finklea Detention Center handles all visitation through video. No in-person visits. You'll need to create an account with HomeWAV before you can schedule anything.

If you'd rather use the facility's lobby kiosk instead of visiting from home, it's open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The kiosk is also available during scheduled inmate visitation hours, so check the current schedule for the person you're visiting.

• ✓ If you are planning to use the lobby kiosk, go during kiosk hours (Monday through Sunday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM).
