How to Send Money to an Inmate at Hodge Unit (who's allowed and how)

  1. Fill out the ACH authorization form - Use the official ACH authorization form for monthly debit deposits, and complete it carefully so the account information matches your bank records.
  2. Attach a voided check - Include a voided check for the bank account that will be debited.
  3. Mail the form and voided check to the Trust Fund office - Send it to: Inmate Trust Fund, PO Box 629, Huntsville, TX 77342-0629.

Mailing tip: Address the envelope exactly to "Inmate Trust Fund, PO Box 629, Huntsville, TX 77342-0629." Keep a copy of what you sent for your records.

Before you try to deposit money for someone at Hodge Unit, confirm you're actually eligible under the September 1, 2020 rule.
