How to Set Up and Use Video Visits With Jackson County Jail (ViaPath)
Jackson County Jail uses ViaPath Technologies for video visits with Adults-In-Custody (AIC). If you've used Zoom or Skype, the concept is the same: a live video call through your device. The difference is that everything runs through ViaPath's system, and you'll need to create a visitor account before you can schedule anything.
ViaPath Support: For questions about Jackson County Jail video visits, call ViaPath Customer Service at 1-866-516-0115.
Before you can schedule a video visit, you'll need a visitor account on ViaPath's website. Create your account first. Once you're signed in, you'll see the option to schedule a visit.
Video visits at Jackson County Jail are visitor-initiated. You're the one who schedules and starts the session through ViaPath. The AIC cannot initiate or schedule visits on their end, so don't wait for them to send a request. Pick a time slot and begin the session from your side.
Heads up: Video visits may be monitored by staff and can be terminated at any time.
