How to add someone to or cancel an existing visitation appointment for Jenkins

To modify an existing visitation appointment at Jenkins, use the same statewide tools you used to schedule. Need to bring someone else along? Select "Add Visitor" to attach another person to your booking. Canceling entirely? Use "Cancel my visit" to find your appointment and remove it from the schedule.

For weekend visits, the cutoff to request changes is 5:00 PM on Wednesday of the same week. Trying to add someone to a Saturday or Sunday visit last minute? Don't wait. Changes submitted after that Wednesday 5:00 PM deadline may not go through.

State holidays have a different deadline: 5:00 PM, three days before the holiday. If a holiday visit is coming up, plan your changes early so you're not racing the clock.

1. Open the "Add Visitor" option to find your previously scheduled visitation.
2. Look up the scheduled visit and select the appointment you want to update.
3. Enter the additional visitor’s details as prompted to add them to that scheduled visit.
4. Submit before the deadline. For weekend visitation, that means no later than 5:00 PM on Wednesday of the same week. For state holidays, submit no later than 5:00 PM three days before the holiday.
