Ordering food packages for someone at Jenkins (Union Supply): how to order, costs and limits

Union Supply orders are tied to a specific person in custody, and limits apply per offender. Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) sets different caps by facility type. At State Prisons and Inmate Transition Facilities (ITFs), the maximum is $100 per offender or 15 lbs. per package, whichever you hit first. Probation Detention Centers have tighter limits: $50 per offender or 7 lbs. per package.
