To request a report online as a crime victim, fill out the form on the Lexington County Sheriff's Department incident-report page. After you submit, the department reviews and processes your request before releasing the report.

Processing happens Monday through Friday, excluding government holidays. If you submit a request on a weekend or holiday, the clock typically starts on the next business day.
