How to Send Money to Someone at JPCC: Kiosk, Online (Forecomm), and Money Order Steps
Need to add money to someone's account at JPCC? You have three options: deposit cash at the 24-hour lobby kiosk, pay online through Forecomm Solutions with a credit or debit card, or mail a money order. Kiosk and Forecomm deposits post immediately. Money orders take longer.
The lobby kiosk sits in the Intake/Booking lobby and runs 24 hours a day. If you're nearby and want the fastest in-person option, this is it.
The kiosk takes cash only - no credit or debit cards.
- ✓ Bring the inmate’s CCN so the deposit goes to the correct account.
Any bill denomination works, so you don't need exact change. Once you feed the cash in, it posts immediately to the inmate's account.
JPCC also accepts online deposits through Forecomm Solutions. This lets you use a credit or debit card without making a trip to the facility.

Tip: If you’re using a prepaid card, register an address with the card company before trying to make a deposit through Forecomm.

JPCC only accepts money orders through the mail. Don't send cash - it won't be processed.

Money orders don't post right away. After USPS delivers them, expect 1 to 3 business days for processing.
