Your Party ID and ICSolutions account info must exactly match the WI DOC visitor application. If you can register but can't schedule, email DOCDAIElectronicVisitSupport@wisconsin.gov. For tablet messages and photos, create a GTL Getting Out account at www.gettingout.com. Don't close CorrLinks accounts during the transition.
