The Records Division handles records requests, police clearance letters, immigration letters, and vehicle releases. Stop by in person at 1550 Kings County Drive, Hanford, CA 93230, or call (559) 852-2809 first to confirm what you need for your specific request.

The public window is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Plan your visit around those hours.
