Larimer County uses Digital Mail - letters, pictures, and drawings get scanned and delivered to inmates on tablets. Sending physical mail? Address it exactly like this: "Larimer County Jail, CO Inmate Name, Inmate Booking # P.O. Box 247 Phoenix, MD 21131." The address must include "BN#" followed by the inmate's booking number, or your mail won't be delivered.
Video visits work a bit differently here: the inmate has to initiate the visitation request from inside.
