If you can't receive collect calls (often because your local phone provider doesn't allow collect billing), a PrePay account is the usual workaround. Call 1-800-483-8314 to set one up for inmate calls.

1. Gather six months of proof of payment for your local phone service, showing paid bills for correctional collect calls.
2. Mail copies of the paid bills to: AdvancePay Service Dept., Department 1722, Denver, Colorado 80291-1722.
3. Keep your originals and send copies only, so you have your records if anything goes missing in the mail.
