How to send messages, photos, and packages
Phone calls, remote video visits, and tablet services at Livingston Parish Detention Center all go through ICSolutions. Register at www.icsolutions.com or use the kiosk in the jail lobby. If you previously used VizVox, you'll need to re-register with ICSolutions. Each inmate gets one free offsite video visit per week—after that, additional visits cost $5 each. Remote video visits require a webcam and meeting ICSolutions' minimum system requirements.
