The scheduler may show different visit types: Regular, Contact, and Video/Tablet (this isn't the same as the Securus video program at limited units). Other options may appear depending on your situation. Not every type is available for every visitor. What you see depends on your relationship status in the system, the facility's visiting area setup, and the inmate's current privileges.
