Then there’s the Incarcerated Person Tablet Account, which is for electronic messaging and entertainment on the tablet (like music and games), but it’s not for video visits. Finally, there’s the Incarcerated Person Communication Account, and that one is strictly for video visits - nothing else.

When you go to add money, you’ll see vendor names that can feel confusing at first. For Loudoun County ADC, deposit services for the inmate trust account and related payments run through TouchPay/GTL on ConnectNetwork, so those are normal names to see during the process.

Use the Main Inmate Trust Account when you’re trying to cover basics and day-to-day needs. This is the account that pays for phone calls and commissary purchases - things like snacks, undergarments, and toiletries. If your goal is “help them order what they need” or “make sure they can call,” this is usually the account you mean.

When you create your account, upload both a profile picture and a government-issued photo ID - accounts without a photo ID uploaded will have visitation/communication privileges suspended until one is provided.
