Who to Call About Marathon County Jail: EMP, Attorney Video Visits, and Victim-Witness Help

If you need to drop off an EMP application in person, you can return it to the Jail Intake Office on the 2nd floor. The entrance is at the corner of 5th St and Washington St.

Attorney and Community Corrections professional visits run Monday through Friday in three time blocks: 8:00 AM–10:50 AM, 1:00 PM–4:30 PM, and 7:00 PM–9:00 PM. Keep these windows in mind when scheduling.

These visits are handled on a first-come, first-serve basis during non-lockdown times. That means timing matters, and availability can change if the jail is on lockdown.
