Your ConnectNetwork / ViaPath Account May Expire After 180 Days — What Marion Families Need to Know
If you use ConnectNetwork / ViaPath to stay connected or add funds, don't let your account sit untouched. After 180 straight days of inactivity, the account can go inactive — and your balance may be forfeited.
ViaPath's Friends and Family accounts (including ConnectNetwork/ViaPath access) go inactive after 180 consecutive days without use. Once that happens, the account is subject to forfeiture. Translation: if you don't touch the account for about six months, you could lose access - along with any remaining balance.
The good news? That 180-day clock resets every time you use your Friends and Family account. If you're worried about forgetting, build a simple habit - log in and complete whatever action you normally use the account for. That way, you won't be caught off guard by an expiration you didn't see coming.
If your account does go inactive or gets forfeited, you can still request a refund through customer service. Call ViaPath/ConnectNetwork at 866-516-0115 and ask about a refund for an inactive or forfeited Friends and Family account.
You can also set up reminder alerts to give yourself a heads-up. Provide your contact info to ViaPath and opt in to text or email alerts - they'll send an expiration reminder at least 30 days before your account expires.
Seeing "ViaPath" branding and wondering if you need a new login? You probably don't. If you already have a ConnectNetwork account, you can sign in through ViaPath's single sign-on using the same email and password.
