  1. Find your loved one’s name on the roster - Entries are listed by NAME, so start by scanning for the last name and first name.
  2. Confirm you’ve got the right person using the SID - On the same line as the name, the roster lists a SID (an identifying number). Matching the SID helps you avoid mixing up people with similar names.
  3. Look to the right for the PO field - Each line pairs the NAME and SID with either an assigned PO name or a supervision status.
  4. Read the supervision status if no PO name is listed - Some entries show a status label instead of a person’s name. One common label you’ll see is “LIMITED SUPERVISION,” which indicates Limited Supervision status.

Example (how to scan one line): A roster line shows the person’s NAME, then their SID, then the PO area - either a PO name or a status label like “LIMITED SUPERVISION.”

Status labels appear inline with each person's entry - right where you'd normally see a PO name.
