Setting Up a Video Visit from Home: Complete JPay Walkthrough (for MCF‑Stillwater families)

Before scheduling anything, confirm two things: video visitation is available for your loved one at MCF‑Stillwater, and you're on their approved visitor list. JPay will guide you through the scheduling screens, but the process only works if you're already eligible for video visits with that person.

Create Account Payment

1. Log in and select your loved one - On the JPay home page, choose the incarcerated person you want from your inmate/offender list.
2. Open Video Visitation - From the Navigation menu, click Video Visitation.
3. Start a new appointment - Click Schedule New Visit.
4. Review the Terms of Use - On the Schedule Visit page, open the Video Visitation Terms of Use link if you want to read it, then click Continue.
5. Choose a date - In the Choose Date box, pick the day you want, then click Continue.
6. Choose a time - Select the time offered for your visit, then click Continue (and continue through the next confirmation screen).
7. Handle payment (or use a credit) - If you’re purchasing the visit, pick your Visa/MasterCard from the Select card list, enter the card validation code, and continue through the payment verification screens. If you have a video visitation credit, you won’t be asked for payment information.
8. Confirm it’s scheduled - Once you finish, the video visit is added to your calendar and will show on your Video Visits page. Remember: visits are in 30‑minute sessions.
