How much JPay messages, photo attachments, and VideoGrams cost (and when to contact support)
Using JPay to stay in touch with someone at MCF Willow River? Stamps are your main expense. Here's how message stamps work, what extras like photos and VideoGrams cost, and what to do when something won't go through.
JPay messaging runs on stamps. One stamp per message, $0.40 per stamp.
Want to include a photo? That costs one extra stamp per attachment, on top of the stamp for the message itself.
JPay also offers VideoGrams - 30-second video messages you can send through the free JPay Mobile App for iPhone and Android.
VideoGrams aren't the same as video visitation. Video visits are separate 30-minute sessions you purchase through JPay.com using a Visa or MasterCard on file.
Note: JPay electronic messages are monitored and screened. Messages that jeopardize public safety or the safety, security, or orderly operation of the facility won’t be delivered.
