How Inmates Make Phone Calls from Midland County Jail — Setting Up Securus Accounts

At Midland County Jail, inmates are not allowed to receive incoming phone calls. If you need to communicate by phone, the call has to be placed from inside the jail to you.

2. Register the phone number you want to receive calls on - Advance Pay accounts are set up by the party receiving the calls, so your number is the one that needs to be attached to the prepaid account.
3. Add funds to your Advance Pay balance - Once your account is set up, you’ll fund it so calls can be paid from the prepaid balance when you accept them.
