Setting Up Phone Calls from Midland County Jail: how to create an Advance Pay account with Securus

Midland County Jail doesn't allow inmates to receive incoming calls. You can't dial the jail and get connected. Instead, your loved one places outgoing calls through Securus, and for those calls to come through, you need an Advance Pay account set up on your phone number. You're the one who creates it.

Call Securus at 1-800-844-6591 and ask to set up Advance Pay for the phone number that will receive calls. I recommend doing this before you expect a call - you don't want to scramble when the phone rings.
