What '$0.0 Bond' on the Mini-Cassia Roster Actually Means
The Cassia County online jail roster lists bond amounts by charge, so you'll often see different bond figures on different counts for the same person. That's why "$0.0 bond" can appear on the Mini-Cassia roster for a specific charge even when the person is not simply "free to go."
No-bond hold (probation violation): A $0.0 bond entry can mean the person is being held on a probation violation with no option for release on bond.
Serving a sentence: Sometimes $0.0 shows up because the person is already serving a sentence, so no release bond applies.
Mixed charges in the same case: It can also be a display quirk across counts. One charge may show $0.0 while another count in the same case lists the actual bond amount.
Even though the roster shows bond amounts per charge (including $0.0), it's not the final word on someone's release status. The Mini-Cassia Criminal Justice Center says inmate status can only be confirmed in person or by phone. Call (208) 878-1000 to check.

- Double-check the roster entry by charge. Look at each count listed for the same person, since one count may show $0.0 while another count shows the bond that actually controls release.
- Set up visitation scheduling if you plan to go in person. Visits are scheduled through InmateSales, and you will need to create an account.
- Know the key visitation restrictions before you show up. No cell phones, no cameras, and no food or drink inside the lobby. Only two adults may visit a single inmate at one time.
- Make sure you are approved before you go. If you are not approved or authorized to visit, you will be denied visitation.
- Use the right system if you need to add commissary funds. Commissary deposits are handled through jailATM.
