Commissary Deadlines at MCCF: When to Deposit for Saturday Delivery
At MCCF, commissary runs on a weekly cycle. Orders are placed Friday through Thursday each week, with a firm order deadline of 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. If everything is in on time, Saturday is delivery day, and deliveries happen between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
Two Thursday cutoffs work together here - miss either one, and your order gets pushed to the following week. Funds need to hit the account by 8:00 a.m. Thursday so the money clears in time. The commissary order itself must be placed by 2:00 p.m. Thursday. If you want Saturday delivery, Thursday morning is your real deadline.
Tip: To make the commissary cutoff, get funds deposited by 8:00 a.m. Thursday - waiting until later in the day can be too late for that week’s order.
