How phone calls work at MCCF: collect calls and ICSolutions prepaid accounts
Phone calls at MCCF work one way: outgoing only, through either collect calling or an ICSolutions prepaid account. Here's how to set things up so your loved one can reach you.
Incarcerated people at MCCF have daily phone access, but every call goes out as a collect call. The only alternative is setting up an ICSolutions prepaid account - there's no option for standard outgoing calls.
Privacy note: Telephone calls at MCCF may be monitored and/or recorded.
Setup Prepaid
- ✓ Send a cashier’s check or money order.
- ✓ Include your name and address.
- ✓ Include the destination telephone number (the number your loved one will be calling).
- ✓ Mail it to: ICSolutions, Attention: Customer Service, 2200 Danbury St., San Antonio, TX 78217.
If you want to add funds by credit card, you can do it by phone through the ICSolutions operator at 1-888-506-8407. Have your payment information ready, along with the phone number you’re funding for calls.
You can also manage your account online at www.ICSolution.com. If you're already using prepaid calling for MCCF, this is a convenient way to add funds and check your balance.
Calling limit: 1-800 numbers cannot be dialed from inside MCCF.
- Select a language - press ‘1’ for English or ‘2’ for Spanish.
- Enter your PIN - enter your PIN number followed by the ‘#’ sign.
- Check voicemail messages - press ‘41’ to access the Inmate Voice Mail Messaging System, then follow the prompts.
