How to Put Money on an Inmate's Account at Montgomery County Correctional Facility

The easiest way to place a commissary order is online through MontgomeryPackages.com. You can do it whenever it's convenient for you. Prefer the phone? Call (800) 546-6283 to place an order. Phone hours are Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM to 12:00 AM (EST), and Saturday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST).

There’s a weekly cap on family commissary ordering at MCCF: the maximum a family member can order and send is $25 per week. That limit applies to the commissary orders you place as a family member, whether you order online or by phone. If you’re trying to help someone stretch their commissary, it can help to plan around that weekly amount so you don’t get surprised when you go to place an order.

If you're visiting the facility anyway, there's a Secure Deposit Kiosk in the front lobby. It accepts both cash and credit/debit cards. Deposits post electronically to the inmate's account, so this can be a quick option when you're already there.
